What is "The Drug Dealer"?

Like many girls, I enjoy make-up. However, I don't live in an area that has Sephora stores or MAC counters. What do we have? Drugstores! This blog is a review of cosmetics that you find at your average drugstore and how well they live up to what they claim.

P.S. I consider stores such as grocery stores and Walmart drugstores when it comes to makeup. The prices generally run the same and they normally carry the same products.
